- All orders are final, please message our Instagram page immediately if you ordered any item by mistake.
- Delivery time is 1-3 days depending on the time of placing an order.
- please only inspect your order in front of the delivery courier to ensure you received the right products without trial of any product or opening its packaging.
- In case of any errors from our side during supply, please inform us immediately and we will arrange a replacement or a refund to you. Please also ensure you keep the wrong item you have received in its original packaging.
- If you prefer to pay by transfer, please place your order as usual and send us your order number or a screenshot through our Instagram page so we can send you payment details.
- Failure to receive an order after two attempts without any explanation from the customer will result in order cancellation and no further orders will be accepted in the future.
Brands Packaging:
- Please note that most of our products does not come with brand’s bag or box to achieve best price for our customers.
- Only items that have (Presented in brand packaging) in item’s description will be provided in brand packaging.
- Charlotte Tilbury bag or box will be added for free to Charlotte’s order above 250000_300000 Dinar respectively. Depends upon availability.
